Lily C. Huber

Lily C. Huber has served as President of UWM since 2025, leading the firm’s vision and growth strategy. She was recruited by CEO René Nourse in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, where she led a comprehensive restructuring of the firm's P&L and balance sheet, resulting in a 63% increase in valuation and positioning the company for a leadership transition and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining UWM, Mrs. Huber served as Managing Director at a family office, where she played a key leadership role in guiding the organization through a comprehensive restructuring to support its strategic growth objectives. With over a decade of experience at Fortune 500 companies specializing in wealth management for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, she has managed client relationships and supported advisory teams in executing strategies focused on wealth accumulation, asset protection, philanthropy, and long-term preservation. Mrs. Huber holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from New York University.

She and her husband share a passion for global travel and a deep appreciation for the performing arts, especially opera.
